Automobile oil cooler is one of the important parts in the vehicle, and regular cleaning is of great significance to the performance and life of the vehicle. The following is the cleaning method of the car oil cooler:
1. Close the coolant inlet and outlet, and discharge the fluid in the cooler and its connecting pipe;
2. Remove the outer parts of both ends of the cooler and take out the sealing ring;
3. Pull the main body out of the tube. It should be noted that the cooler copper pipe should be ten thick, with six steel bars or better hardness things, when the drill is used, the speed is not too high;
4. Use commercially available alkaline cleaning solution to clean the inside and outside of the main body. For difficult interlayers can be cleaned with weak hydrochloric acid solution, wash the main body and conduction tube.
