What we are going to talk about is the main characteristics of the oil cooler and how to choose it.
1. Stainless steel (or copper tube) tubes are used as heat exchange elements, with high Heat transfer coefficient, large heat area per unit length and high heat transfer.
2. Reasonable structure, able to maintain stable oil outlet temperature within a large temperature range, and has good resistance to temperature fluctuations and vibrations.
3. The assembly structure is reliable, ensuring that cooling water does not enter the steam turbine unit.
4. The fins are smooth and free of burrs, wrinkles, dust and scale, and have low fluid resistance.
When purchasing an oil cooler, the cooling area and the size of the inlet and outlet oil pipes should be informed. The cooling forms are divided into LY type smooth tube type (commonly used) and LYC type fin type. The heat exchange cooling pipes are generally made of stainless steel, and red copper can also be selected as the heat exchange component according to user needs.
